  • Ultimate Sailing is not responsible for delays or losses caused by carrier issues, weather, customs, or incorrect addresses.

  • Accurate shipping information is the responsibility of the customer.

4. Return Policy

If an item does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for:

  • A refund of the product price (excluding shipping), or

  • An exchange of equal value

Return Condition Requirements

Items must be new, unused, unaltered, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Items showing wear, use, or alteration cannot be accepted.

Returns after 30 days may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

Please include your order number and photos of the damage, if applicable. If the package shows visible carrier damage, refuse delivery when possible.

We will work to replace the item when available or issue a refund once the return is processed.

6. Return Instructions

Return instructions vary depending on the situation (type of product, fulfillment location, and reason for return).

We will provide detailed return instructions when you contact us.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear.
